FROM SUMMER PARTIES and 21st Birthdays to regular pitch hire, our venue can host a range of events with free, easy parking and access.
Whether you are planning a milestone birthday party, a corporate meeting, or a large outdoor community event, our clubhouse and grounds offer a versatile, fully equipped space tailored to your needs. With highly flexible indoor and outdoor areas, an extended licensing agreement, and a fully staffed bar, we provide everything required to host a successful event.
The ClubHouse
Our main clubhouse is a fully accessible, multi-purpose space designed to accommodate both lively evening functions and professional daytime setups.
Capacity: The clubhouse holds a legal maximum of 120 guests standing, with comfortable seating available for up to 54 guests.
Fully Staffed Bar: We operate a fully staffed bar offering a comprehensive selection of draft and bottled beers, wines, and spirits.
Catering & Kitchen: While we do not provide in-house food or catering, you are more than welcome to bring your own food or hire external caterers. An on-site kitchen is available for food preparation and service.
Audio Visual & Connectivity: The space is equipped with high-speed fibre optic internet, a laptop-compatible projector, and a large screen. It’s an ideal setup for corporate off-sites, hybrid meetings, or streaming live sports.
Music and Entertainment: he clubhouse features a built-in sound system that is perfect for background music or smaller gatherings—simply plug in your phone or tablet. However, for larger evening parties and dancing, we highly recommend hiring a professional DJ to make the most of the space and acoustics.
Amenities: We provide male, female, and fully accessible disabled toilets.
Parking and Transport: The club easily accessed by car, located immediately off Bristol Road. We offer a large, private on-site car park with capacity for up to 60 vehicles, ensuring easy arrival for all your guests. The site is also next to a bus stop for the X39 service between Bath, Keynsham and Bristol.

High Quality Pitches
We offer two high-quality rugby pitches for private hire. Pitch hire includes full access to essential match equipment, including flags and post protectors.

Yes! We do not provide in-house catering, so you are welcome to bring your own food or hire professional caterers. You will have access to our on-site kitchen for preparation. If your catering requires a large amount of refrigeration, please let us know in advance—our standard kitchen fridge space is limited, but we can arrange access to our large bar cellar chiller if discussed prior to your event.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring balloons, banners, and table decorations to personalize the space. We simply ask that you avoid using confetti, glitter, or anything that requires pinning or taping directly to the painted walls.

As a fully licensed venue with a staffed bar, we prefer all beverages must be purchased through the club.
We are always happy to discuss your specific beverage requirements to make sure that we meet them as far as possible.
Corkage fees can be discussed on an exceptional basis.

We understand that you may need early access to the site to set up for your event. Setup times can be arranged based on your specific booking. Please indicate your required setup time when requesting your quotation so we can make sure we can accommodate your schedule.
